4.1 Deposit

4.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

• Wagering condition: The bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after wagering it 10 times.
• If the wagering condition is not met within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• A member may only place bets with bonus funds on games that have a minimum odds or wagering contribution requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all promotional offers:

• Bonus abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

jaee9 has three VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. Cashback is added to your account at a set time each week.

6.1 Permitted Gaming Behaviour

While playing on the jaee9 platform, you must play honestly and in accordance with the rules. Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game software.
